Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- The amount of the voucher is in NZ Dollars only
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Payment must be received in full prior to the issue of voucher(s)
- Vouchers will be issued on clearance of funds if made by personal cheque. Please allow 5 working days.
- To redeem the gift vouchers, travel bookings must be made direct with Cruises Direct.
- Gift Vouchers are only redeemable on products where Cruises Direct takes payment on behalf of the supplier. Where the product is booked through an online booking engine, and paid for with a credit card, the voucher cannot then be redeemed in exchange for a refund on the credit card.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash nor for another gift voucher
