My name is Debbie Christian, cruise specialist with Cruises Direct. I’m passionate about cruising and am looking forward to sharing my passion with you.

I have been in the travel industry for over 11 years, and hold a Diploma in Travel & Tourism (Level 4). Having worked for a number of leading travel companies in New Zealand including AA Travel, Ansett NZ, Qantas, travel.co.nz and GO Holidays, as well as being a travel broker, I have gained a broad knowledge and experience of travel worldwide. I have also been lucky enough to travel to over 41 countries including exciting destinations such as Europe, Middle East, South Pacific, Australia and Asia.

In recent years I have developed a real passion for cruising so have specialized in this unique and growing area of travel. I have been fortunate to cruise or inspect many amazing ships including Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria, Silverseas’s Silver Whisper, Sun and Dawn Princess, Diamond and Sapphire Princess, P&O’s Pacific Sun, Royal Caribbean’s Legend and Rhapsody of the Seas and Superstar Virgo in Asia.
